Personal data we process

• Identity: name, surname, date of birth.
• Contact: email, phone, address.
• Customer transactions: order history, call-centre records, payment details.
• Digital access: IP address, device details, cookie records, session length.

• Meeting legal obligations.
• Applying company policies and internal audits.
• Information and campaigns, where you have consented.

Transfers

Under KVKK Articles 8 and 9, data may be shared with public bodies where required by law, with our suppliers and partners, with technology providers in Türkiye and abroad, and with authorised bodies on official request.

Legal grounds

Explicit provision in law, entering into or performing a contract, legal obligation, establishing, exercising or protecting a right, and explicit consent.

Retention and security

Data is kept on secure servers accessible only to authorised staff, protected by encryption, network security, access logs and regular security testing. When the legal period ends it is anonymised or destroyed.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information and its purpose, know the third parties it is shared with, ask for correction, deletion or destruction, object to automated outcomes and claim compensation. Send requests in writing or to yonetim@newly.com.tr.
